Love what you did! Use the momentum you've created and get a bunch of caring neighboring citizens to take on all the eyesore, neglected lots. Build gardens, picnic tables, little oasis's where pedestrians can sit down and watch the world go by. You're not taking ownership, just cleaning things up with a few amenities. Where's the harm in that? Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty.
