for a job well-done. Rather than community redevelopment organizations like Germantown Settlement (bankrupt) and Ogontz Ave. Revitalization Corp. (corrupt), this city/country needs more individuals like you. It's not gentrification, it's common sense: if one is unable/unwilling to maintain a property, then one needs to move on or be moved out. Why should one's taxpaying neighbors be forced to suffer next to squalor? Thank you again.
