What is amazing and a testament to the city and its people- in spite of what is one of the worst municipal governments in the USA, Philly has been thriving for the last 10+ years. Well, at least the exodus of taxpayers has stopped.
Frankly, I'm amazed that people are investing in a neighborhood like Point Breeze. That takes some balls. That the city is trying to drive them out, wow. You really can't make that up.
